2025 EHLL TOURNAMENT TEAM SELECTION PROCEDURE
TRYOUTS – by invitation
The EHLL Board is to select Tournament Team Managers no later than May 10th, 2025. Any coach interested in managing a Tournament Team must declare their interest to the EHLL Board in writing no later than May 9th, 2025.
By May 10th, 2025 each Regular Season Manager will submit a list of age-eligible players from their team who they think should be invited to the tryout. Managers will nominate players based on the below grid:

EHLL will conduct tryouts for invited players between May 15th and May 18th 2025. The Manager will lead the tryout with help from the EHLL Board.
Attendance at the tryout is not mandatory for Tournament Team selection but it is highly encouraged.
Parents are not allowed to attend the tryout. Players must be dropped off and picked up from the tryout site but parents cannot stay to watch.
Immediately following the tryout, the Tournament Team Manager will solicit feedback from Board Members in attendance.
Within 3 days following the tryout, the Tournament Team Manager will meet with EHLL Board Members who attended the tryout to finalize the roster.
